Every summer, Domaine Carcenac, winegrowing partner of Les Cottages du Tarn, invites you to experience a season of encounters, discovery and sharing. Nestled in the heart of the Gaillac vineyards, this family-run estate opens its doors to you for immersive experiences revolving around wine, terroir and conviviality. Here’s the 2025 program you won’t want to miss!
Apéro Fermier – Summer Tuesdays
From July 15 to August 19, Domaine Carcenac offers an authentic Apéro Fermier every Tuesday evening at 6pm.
On the program:
- Guided immersion in the vineyards to understand the history and specificities of the terroir
- Guided tour of the cellar to discover the secrets of wine-making
- Tasting of 5 to 6 wines accompanied by a farm-style plate of local produce
- Warm conversation with the winemaker in a relaxed atmosphere
Organized with the Bienvenue à la Ferme du Tarn network.

Visit & Tasting – Summer Mondays
Every Monday in July and August at 10am, the domaine invites you to a guided tour of the vineyard and cellar, followed by a commented tasting.
In detail:
- 1-hour visit to discover the vines, grape varieties and cellar work
- Tasting of several cuvées with advice on food and wine pairing
- Picnic option in the vineyards (not included)

Oenology courses – Dive into the world of wine
For those who want to deepen their knowledge, wine courses are offered in small groups (4 to 10 people), led by Cédric, a passionate winemaker.

Apéro-Concerts: music, wine & food trucks
This summer, Domaine Carcenac offers two exceptional evenings of festivities in a bucolic setting.
Wednesday, July 23, 8pm: Voodoo Jam
Funk, soul and rock with this infectiously energetic band. Enjoy the Domaine’s wine bar and a variety of catering services provided by food-trucks and local producers.
Tuesday August 6 at 8pm: Manu Roig
A much-appreciated artist returns to the stage with his hard-hitting French melodies. An evening with friends or family in a warm atmosphere under the stars.
