Information about the accommodation:

 

The Cottage Bien-être, Loft, Gîte, Vigne Rouge, Syrah, Loin de l’œil and Duo Syrah/Loin de L’œil include steps or staircases.

 

Le Grand Cottage and Le Cottage Primeur are all on one level

 

Surveillance and/or recording equipment on the properties

 

Additional rules:

 

– For the well-being of the sheep, please do not feed them anything. Please respect this clause.

 

– No noise after 10pm out of respect for the neighbors.

 

-On your departure, the gite must be tidied up as on your arrival, and used linen must be put down at the entrance.

 

Payment :

 

Payment methods accepted:

 

– Credit card via Stripe secure payment processor for Vigne Rouge, Primeur, Syrah, Loin de l’oeil, Duo Vigne Rouge / Primeur and Duo Syrah / Loin de L’œil, and Paypal for Cottage Bien-être, Loft, Gîte Nature, Grand Cottage.

 

– Bank transfer in € (a RIB will be sent to you).

 

– In crypto-currencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, Litecoin.

 

– Vacation vouchers are accepted with a validity date greater than 12 months.

 

We require a deposit of approximately 30% of the rental price (for arrival more than one month before the booking date), and the balance 14 days before arrival. The full amount will be requested if the arrival date is less than 14 days away.

 

Security deposit :

 

The amount is 450 € for Vigne Rouge, Primeur, Syrah, Loin de l’œil, and 750 € for Cottage Bien-être, Loft, Gîte Nature, Grand Cottage, and Duo vigne Rouge / Primeur and Syrah / Loin de l’œil. A link will be sent to you to fill in your credit card details. We block this amount on your card for up to 7 days. No amount will be cashed if we do not notice any damage. Please repeat the operation every 7 days if the rental is longer than 7 days, otherwise the rental contract becomes null and void and you will be obliged to leave the accommodation.

 

Cancellation fees :

 

Cancellation fees are as follows:

 

More than 7 days before the start of the rental period: full refund of deposit or deferment of stay for up to 12 months.

Between 7 and 2 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price.

2 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price.

Internet connection at Les Cottages du Tarn :

 

In order to offer even more advantages to our tenants, “Les Cottages du Tarn” offers free WIFI access.

 

The tourist tax is included in the rental: It is €1 per day per adult for the duration of your stay, and are included in payments by card, bank transfer, and crypto-money.

 

Insurance:

 

The insurance contract for your main holiday home covers your stays in the gîte, please arrive with your certificate requested in advance from your insurer.

 

Separating rubbish:

 

In the yellow garbage can: cardboard, paper, plastic and bottles except glass.

 

In the green garbage can: all unsorted waste.

 

Glass: in the special public glass containers or in the dedicated glass bucket or crate.
