From Friday, October 25 to Sunday, October 27, 2024, immerse yourself in an urban opera in the heart of downtown Toulouse, directed by Compagnie La Machine. This fantastic show, called Le Gardien du Temple – La Porte des Ténèbres, is free of charge and will take place in the streets of Toulouse. You’ll discover some fantastic mechanical creatures.

A rendezvous with the Minotaur and the Guardian of Darkness

La Machine artistic director François Delarozière has come up with a sequel to Le Gardien du Temple, which first ran over four days in September 2018. For this new installment, in addition to the two colossi (Asterion the Minotaur and Ariadne the Spider), you’ll meet Lilith the Guardian of Darkness. They’ll take to the streets of Toulouse to tell their story, divided into three acts over the three days of the show.
