This renovated property is less than 3 minutes from the town of Gaillac, 800m from the A68 motorway between Albi and Toulouse. It’s an ideal place to recharge your batteries in peace and quiet. Whether you’re on vacation or telecommuting, you’ll be able to enjoy moments of peace and quiet as you unwind your worries behind.

This beautiful “Loin de l’œil” gîte is on the second floor of the Cottages de Gaillac estate. When you arrive, take the wide staircase that leads to a shared entrance serving 2 apartments. The 45m² Loin de L’œil sleeps 4 to 6 people. You’ll notice a pretty, golden-yellow door, similar to the grape variety of the “Le Loin de L’œil” wine, which leads you directly into its pleasant, soberly decorated living room. The sofa invites you to relax and enjoy evenings with your welcome gift of Wifi access.

A pleasant, colorful, fully-equipped kitchen inspires you to concoct tasty dishes to please 6 people around the indoor table, or outside on the superb terrace with a breathtaking view of the Gaillac and Brens countryside. An extraordinary vantage point from which to recharge your batteries over a good meal, or enjoy a comfortable aperitif relaxing in the golden-yellow armchairs. If you don’t feel like cooking, you’ll find the “Acapella” pizzeria or the fine restaurant « La Planque de Margot » just 800 metres away.

For a restful night’s sleep, you can choose between 2 very snug bedrooms, one with 2 separate beds for professionals or children, which can be joined together for a couple, and the other with its refined decor and 160cm bed, all equipped with hotel-quality bedding; there’s also the sofa in the living room which converts into a double bed.

A large, brightly-lit bathroom, with its lively, cheerful decor and window, features a walk in shower and 2 large wash basins to guarantee your comfort. For your privacy, the toilet area remains independent. This house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
For moments of relaxation and pleasure, a sauna area is available to all guests.

You can also bring your pet, who will be happy to roam the Tarn countryside. A warm little basket and a stainless steel bowl are reserved for him. A supplement of 5€/night will be charged for this service.
