You’ll be welcomed at the Château-musée du Cayla in Andillac at 9:30 a.m., where an associative forum will enable you to debate and exchange views with local producers. In the Gaillac region, our winemakers work and produce excellent quality grape varieties! On September 25, 2021, these professionals invite you to come and taste their wines and cheeses at the Maison des Vins in the Caveau de Gaillac from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. You’ll learn the basics of wine tasting, how to recognize flavors and aromas, and how to familiarize yourself with the vocabulary of oenology while assimilating food and wine pairings.
