Should we bring our own sheets and towels?
No, all linen is provided. Your bed will be made up for your arrival and you will have towels in the bathroom.
How do I book accommodation, a vacation home, a cottage, an apartment or a gîte?
To make a reservation, select the dates of your stay in the calendar for the chosen accommodation, then click on “Reserve”. Remember to read the general terms and conditions of sale and the house rules, and tick the box to validate them.
When can I pay for my reservation?
At the time of booking on the Les Cottages du Tarn website, you can pay 100% immediately by credit card, or by bank transfer on request, 100% or 30% of the rental amount (for arrival more than one month before the booking date), and the balance 14 days before arrival. The full amount will be requested if the arrival date is less than 14 days.
What are the cancellation conditions?
In the event of cancellation, the conditions are as follows:
- More than 7 days before the start of the rental period: full refund of the deposit paid or deferment of your stay for up to 12 months.
- Between 7 and 2 days before the start of the rental period: refund of 50% of the rental price paid or deferment of your stay for 12 months.
- 2 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price will remain due.
In the case of government directives, if notice is given within 2 days of the directive being issued, 100% of the rental price paid will be refunded, or your stay will be postponed for 12 months.
Do you accept vacation vouchers? means of payment?
Vacation vouchers are accepted if they are valid for more than 12 months. Payment methods available: Credit card, or bank transfer on request we’ll email you the Rib, and crypto-currencies.
Where can I find our rental rates and availability?
You can find the rates on our page by clicking on “Book now”.
You can immediately check the availability and price of your stay.
You’ll notice a difference in color between the lighter dates already booked and the darker dates available.
What coffee to bring for your stay?
All accommodations are equipped with a pressurized coffee machine that works with espresso quality coffee powder if you want to get a good cup of coffee.

What time should I arrive and leave Les Cottages du Tarn?
Before you set off, please text us your arrival time so that we can welcome you at the time that suits you best, from 5pm to 9pm. And if we can’t be there, when you arrive in front of the house, you’ll have received the key-box code that will release your key.
Departure time from the Cottages is between 8am and 10am to allow you to arrive in impeccable condition after 5pm. We will do our best to facilitate your arrival at the accommodation.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit card, bank transfer (a RIB will be sent to you) and Crypto-currencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, Litecoin (the crypto-currency reception code will be sent to you on request).
Do I have to pay a deposit?
The amount is €450 for Vigne Rouge, Primeur, Syrah, Loin de l’œil, and €750 for Cottage Bien-être, Loft, Gîte Nature, Grand Cottage, Duo vigne Rouge / Primeur and Syrah / Loin de l’œil. A link will be sent to you to fill in your credit card details. We block this amount on your card for up to 7 days. No amount will be cashed if we don’t notice any damage. Please repeat the operation every 7 days if the rental is longer than 7 days, otherwise the rental contract becomes null and void and you will be obliged to leave the accommodation. In the event of damage, this deposit may be retained in whole or in part for up to 7 days after your card has been registered.
Can I connect to the Internet in the Tarn cottages?
In order to offer even more advantages to our tenants, “Les Cottages du Tarn” offers free WIFI access.
It is strictly forbidden to download films or other material illegally.
Is tourist tax included in the rental price?
They cost €1 per day per person for the duration of your stay, and are included in the price.
Cleanliness of accommodation on departure :
The house must be returned in the same condition as when you arrived, with all used linen left at the entrance.
Can we bring our pet?
Up to three pets (dogs or cats) accepted with a supplement of €5/night, per pet, on request.
